Grande on Plot B4 Project Held the Topping Off Ceremony

On 29th November 2021, the topping off ceremony of Grande on Plot B4 Project constructed by CSCEC ME was held at the construction site. Mr. Miguel Monteiro, Project Director of Emaar, Mr. Phanindra Kommareddy, Project Manager of Emaar, Mr. Mohammed Azeldin, Representative of the Consultant WSP, Mr. Tian Sanchuan, Executive Vice President of CSCEC ME, Mr. Zhu Jianchao, Vice President of CSCEC ME, Mr. Lee Seehee, President Assistant of CSCEC ME, Mr. Yang Shuai, President Assistant of CSCEC ME, Mr. Yuan Bin, Executive General Office Director of CSCEC ME, attended the ceremony, accompanied by other participants.

Since the commencement in April 2019, the project team overcame numerous challenges and set a new record of a 4-day construction cycle. At the same time, the project achieved remarkable results in safety management as well as environmental protection and obtained “8 million safe man-hours” and LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Grande on Plot B4 Project is located in Downtown Dubai Opera District, which is the city’s essential financial business area, adjacent to the landmark skyscraper Burj Khalifa. It is the largest building invested by the Emaar Group after Burj Khalifa.
