CSCEC ME successfully completed the construction for Crescent Hotel Project and obtained the Taking Over Certificate from the Engineer on 1st November 2021.
Under the guidance and support of the Company Management, the project team identified the project management framework from aspects of the schedule, technology optimization and HSE management. During the construction, the team strictly adhered to the project plan, leveraged modeling and process tracking technologies and reacted to crucial challenges on time.
With 12 million accident-free work hours, the project achieved several safety awards and was highly recognized by the Client and the Engineer. The successful completion of the project once again demonstrated the quality performance of CSCEC ME.
Crescent Hotel Project is a 5-star hotel located on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, with 325 rooms, theme restaurants, bars, spas, ballrooms, meeting rooms and other facilities, which could promote local tourism and economic growth in the future.
