Recently, ITHRA DUBAI, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) issued the Taking Over Certificate (TOC) to CSCEC ME for the timely completion of Deira Waterfront Development Plot 9 Project, which is the third completed project after Deira Waterfront Development Plot 1 and Plot 2.
The timely completion of Deira Waterfront Development Plot 9 Project has laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between CSCEC ME, ITHRA and ICD.
