CSCEC ME has been awarded a construction contract of Aykon City Tower B project by Damac Properties with an approximate contract value of AED 600 Million.
The Aykon City Tower B is a mixed use development located beside Dubai Water Canal at Dubai Business Bay. The 63-storey project is composed of 964 units serviced apartments and 324 hotel units.
Damac Properties is one of CSCEC ME’s esteem clients and partners in Dubai. Awarding one of the most prestigious hospitality and residential projects in the Middle East cements the further strong relationship between Damac Group and CSCEC ME.
