Recently, CSCEC ME held the thematic workshop “Following and Competing with the Workplace Seniors”. The workshop was set to facilitate the communication between the junior and senior employees and inspire the juniors’ spirit of unremitting efforts and forging ahead. The workshop was joined by both on-site participation and online streaming.
