CSCEC ME Downtown Views II Project Successfully Obtained the Taking Over Certificate

CSCEC ME successfully obtained the “Taking Over Certificate” for the Downtown Views II Project on 2nd June 2023.

The project is located in Downtown Dubai, near Dubai Mall. It is currently the largest project awarded by Emaar Properties. The project consists of three high-rise buildings, with 67, 62, and 54 floors respectively, and with spacious podiums designed by Emaar Properties. There are 1,509 apartments, 2,127 car parking spaces, and 6 retail spaces in total. Internal amenities include a swimming pool, gym, multipurpose hall, jogging track, tennis court, kids play area, BBQ area, and a Burj Khalifa viewing deck.
During the construction phase, the project team actively utilized innovative technology and construction methods to streamline progress and enhance project quality. This included the use of BIM modeling and Process Tracking Technology, LOD (Level of Development), coordination and clash detection processes, Common Data Environment (CDE), Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP), and a modular system for MEP services. Additionally, modular toilet pre-fabrication (PODs) was implemented.
