CSCEC ME Building Division has obtained a letter of award (LOA) from DAMAC Properties for Aykon City Tower C worth AED 512 million.
The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road overlooking Dubai Canal. The 62-floor tower includes two basements, a ground and ten podium levels, in addition to a dedicated lifestyle and entertainment level, 48 residential floors and a rooftop.
