CSCEC ME has obtained a letter of award (LOA) from Emaar Development PJSC for Downtown View II Project worth AED 1290 Million.
The project is located in close vicinity of the city’s financial and commercial heart, DIFC which overlooks the Burj Khalifa Tower and Dubai Opera.
The project consists of 3 high-rise residential buildings with 1509 units serviced apartments, a partial basement level, 4 levels of podium parking, MEP plant rooms, and ground floor retail area.
