CSCEC ME has signed a letter of award (LOA) from Emaar Development PJSC for Opera District B1/B2a Advance Basement Project worth about AED 170 Million.
The project’s scope of work contains structural works, finishing works and MEP works, etc.
Currently CSCEC ME has 6 projects and 8 buildings with height beyond 200 meters in Dubai’s leading commercial circle of radius 3km to Burj Khalifa which completely reflects CSCEC ME’s great market recognition and indicates that we have laid a solid foundation of expanding high-end market share for the Company.
