CSCEC ME signed the Agreement with Ajman Holding on the construction of Mirkaaz Mall project on January 8th, 2018.
This project is located at the juncture of Ajman and Sharjah, near both the Sharjah and Dubai International Airports. This mall is to be built over the 92,903sqm land area and will host a hypermarket that will cover a total of 15,000sqm, while also encompassing more than 100 retail stores. It will become the new shopping, dining, recreation destination in Ajman. The project features an atrium roof (more than 7,900sqm) using ETFE technology to provide natural UV light within the mall.
Mirkaaz Mall project is the first cooperation with Ajman Holding, which paves good foundation and a new era for expanding the market in Ajman. It also enriches our business portfolio as it is our first shopping mall project.
