CSCEC ME received the Letter of Acceptance from Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) to be the main contractor for Jubail Island Townhouses Project in June, 2022.
Designed to be an iconic luxury community in Abu Dhabi, Jubail Island will be developed in three phases, with a total area of more than 5,000 hectares, including pristine waterfront of more than 30 kilometers. The Project is located at the heart of Jubail Island – Souk Al Jubail, which is one of six residential village estates of Jubail Island. The project scope comprises 152 luxury townhouses and related facilities.
