CSCEC ME has signed the Letter of Acceptance from Emaar Development PJSC for Grande on Plot B4 Project worth AED 760 Million.
The project is located along Sheikh Zaid Road, beside the Burj Khalifa Tower, the core area of financial and commercial of Dubai. Work scope of the project includes a high-rise residential building, which is 70-storey and composed of 882 units residential apartments with basements, two bent-house’s construction and MEP related works.
