Mr. Yu Tao, President & CEO of CSCEC ME and Mr. Abdulla, Minister and Chairman of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme (hereafter referred to as SZHP) signed the agreement of 482 Ajman National Houses Project in the Headquarter of SZHP on August 13th, 2017. The contract value is AED 637 Million, which is equivalent to US $ 173 Million. Mr. Tian Sanchuan, EVP of CSCEC ME was present as well.
The Ajman Houses Project is composed of 482 villas which are divided into four types: Zumrd 3, Zumrd 6, Mediterranean and Modern. The project is developed under the direct supervision of SZHP in order to meet the housing requirement of the UAE local residents.
It is our first SZHP project which marks a milestone in the cooperation between SZHP and CSCEC ME. The project is expected to help further develop the construction opportunities with SZSH in the near future.
