The Link bridge of Deira Waterfront Phase 1 Plot 1 was successfully erected between the two buildings of Block B & Block C as scheduled on 7th September, 2019.
The erection started at 8:00 am and lasted for 10 hours with completion at 6:00 pm accordingly. The lifting height is 70m with speed of 10m/hour. The maximum span of the link bridge is 28.47m at south side with minimum span of 16.84m at north side. The maximum width of the link bridge is 9m with minimum width 4.6m in the middle. And the overall weight of the link bridge is 80 tons.
The Link Bridge and the project itself will be served as a new iconic landmark after completion in Deira region, a distinguished area full of cultural heritage & commercial value in Dubai.
