Recently, CSCEC ME successfully topped off roof level of the plot-E at its Peninsula Project @ Business Bay. The Peninsula Project is located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, adjacent to the Dubai Mall. The project includes the construction of residential buildings and associated infrastructure on three plots: A, E, and G. The main scope of work includes civil, mechanical, electrical, interior finishing, landscaping, and other works for the three plots; and its associated infrastructure includes road construction, landscaping, and other outdoor works among plots A, E, and G.
The plot-E consists of a 2-story basement, a 36-story residence with a 6-story premium apartment building. Since the casting of the raft foundation of 8,591 cubic meters started on May 17, 2022, the entire project team worked tirelessly through a whole year, overcoming various challenges and prioritizing safety and quality objectives. Recently, the structure was successfully topped off on schedule, with a total concrete pouring volume of 36,371 cubic meters, completing the project on schedule with high quality.
