CSCEC ME successfully completed the construction for Paramount Tower Project recently and obtained Dubai Civil Defenses Certificate and Building Completion Certificate from Dubai Municipality.
Under the guidance and support of the Company Management, the Paramount Tower Project became the first project to adopt aluminum system formwork, use an internal climbing tower crane and carry out monthly safety awareness training. The project has not only highly been recognized by the Client and the Engineer but also appreciated by the leadership of CSCEC ME and other sister companies.
The Paramount Tower Project is located on the south side of the Dubai Mall, with 64 floors and a total height of 258 meters. The building consists of a 10-storey luxury hotel accommodating 281 bedrooms, a 38-storey luxury apartment accommodating 509 residential flats, 11-storey above-ground parking and 2 basements accommodating 542 parking spaces. The top floor features an infinity pool and a sky lobby with a breathtaking view of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world.
