This year’s Power 100 is dominated by main contractors, but it also features a diverse selection of sub-contractors, consultants, developers, and representatives from construction-related conglomerates.
In terms of geography, the GCC region remains the list’s primary focus, although many individuals are also active across the wider Middle East and on the global stage.
The ranking contains key figures from the region’s major players such as ALEC Group, Emaar Properties, Arabtec Construction, Consolidated Contractors Company(CCC), Saudi Binladin Group, Al Shafar General Contracting(ASGC) as well as construction professionals from surrounding countries including Lebanon(Arabian Construction Company) and Turkey(TAV Construction) all made the cut.
Topping the Power 100 list is a great achievement in the field of concerning construction, technical skills, and profitability. It is a great recognition for CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) in the UAE as we distinguish our operating practices from other organizations in the Real Estate & Construction industry.
This is the eighth Power 100 annual list published by Construction Week and the candidates included industry leaders in the Middle East region with great influence and contribution to the industry and society.
