CSCEC ME has recently received the Taking Over Certificate (TOC) from Client Ithra for the timely completion of Deira Waterfront Plot 1 Project.
During the construction stage, the project team conquered many difficulties such as COVID-19, limited work space and tight schedule. The project was completed on time by maximizing the efficiency of current resources. In addition, the project team was committed to the safety of the project and achieved outstanding safety management performance such as HSE Excellence Award as well as 10 Million Safe Man Hours Award from the Client.
