On July 29, 2023, Cavalli Casa Tower Project accomplished the second stage of concrete pouring of 7,200 cubic meters with a 39-hour of work, and a 25-hour concrete pouring of 4,500 cubic meters on July 7, marking a significant milestone in the project’s construction.
The Cavalli project’s foundation raft consists of nearly 4,000 tons of steel bars and over 12,000 cubic meters of concrete, with a maximum depth of 8.3 meters. It is currently the largest raft foundation implemented by CSCEC ME for a single building and one of the most challenging raft constructions. Throughout the construction process, the project overcame various technical challenges, including the arrangement of 36 layers of steel reinforcement, custom-made steel-reinforced openings, and the bending and binding of curved steel bars.
The Project is a high-end 71-story residential tower in Dubai Marina by DAMAC Properties.
