On May 22nd 2019, CSCEC ME obtained a letter of award (LOA) from Deira Waterfront Development LLC for constructing the Deira Waterfront Development Phase 1 Plot 9 & 10 Project with approximate contractual value of AED 430 Million (equivalent to US$ 120 Million).
The project is located along Al Rasheed Road (Dubai Corniche), in close vicinity of some most famous local scenic spots, such as Dubai Museum, Gold Souk etc. The major scope of the project includes structural, MEP, fitting out, landscaping as well as other related external auxiliary works.
