CSCEC ME successfully handed-over Arenco Hotel H02 Project and obtained the Dubai Civil Defense Certificate, Building Completion Certificate, and Taking Over Certificate from the Engineer on March 2nd 2021, October 31st 2021, and March 28th 2022 respectively. During the construction, the project team has utilized modeling and process tracking technology as response to critical challenges, as well received multiple safety awards through excellent safety management.
Arenco Hotel H02 Project is located at the Palm Jumeirah Dubai, designed as a 5-star Hilton Hotels & Resorts, with an approximate 70,000 sqm built-up area consisting of 608 Guest Rooms.
