CSCEC ME successfully completed the construction for Act One Act Two Project on 23rd October 2023 and obtained Taking Over Certificate from Emaar.
It is the first Emaar project undertaken by the Company. The project is located at the city center C1/C2 area of Dubai, close to the Burj Khalifa Tower and Dubai Opera. The project consists of two high-rise buildings, with a building height of 208 meters.
Since the beginning of the construction, it has set benchmarks at aspects of project progress, technology optimization, safe and civilized construction, etc. The strategic essence of the project’s steady progress is to put the plan first, the model leading the way, the process tracking, and the timely summary. With the strong support of the Company’s management, the project team dares to innovate and performs excellent practice. It has won a number of BIM and safety awards and has been highly recognized by the Client and Consultants.
This project is the first Emaar high-rise project completed by the Company. The successful delivery of the project fully demonstrates the high-quality performance capability of CSCEC ME, and it further consolidates the solid position of CSCEC ME in the high-end building construction market in the UAE.
