Recently, the Viceroy Hotels & Resorts Project has won its first industry accolade with architects P&T Architects and Engineers picking up the Hospitality Project of the Year at the seventh annual Middle East Architect Awards 2014 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.
The award win follows days after SKAI Holdings announced it had completed just over 30 percent of the construction of the Project’s development. We, China State Construction Engineering
Corporation (Middle East) (L.L.C) (CSCEC ME), as the project’s main contractor and a key investor, has now begun structural works on level 15 of the 16-storey building. Work has also commenced on the fit out and mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) works.
The Middle East Architect Awards aim to recognise the best projects and people from throughout the GCC in 2014, ranging from the world’s tallest towers to one-off villas, and veteran designers to those bright young architects just starting out in the region.
