The OIA Residence Project held a grand opening ceremony on May 1st, 2016. Mr. Kalid Bin Kalban, Chairman of Union Properties, Mr. Ahmad Al Marri, General Manager of Union Properties and Mr. Yu Tao, President & CEO of CSCEC ME, Mr. Tian Sanchuan, Executive VP of CSCEC ME as well as the senior management from Adel Al Mojil Consulting Engineer, Conin Incorporated, DG Jones & Partners and the media reporters attended the ceremony.
During the opening ceremony, Mr. Yu Tao had a talk with the Chairman of the Union Properties. He expressed that the OIA Residence Project is the first project between CSECE ME and Union Property, and CSCEC ME will try our best to complete it with high quality. The UP Group leadership expressed their high appreciation for CSCEC ME’s achievements in the Middle East region. The UP Group is confident of the successful completion of the project and they look forward to continuing the cooperation in the future. At last, the senior managements from both parties built the block wall together which symbolized the commencement of the project.
Mr. Yu Tao also had a conversation with project staff after the ceremony. He spoke highly of the project team’s great efforts. He analyzed the tight schedule, the project’s location and other difficulties. Mr. Yu Tao hoped the project team could complete the project excellently.
The OIA Residence Project is located at the central area of Motor City next to the Metropole School with 269 units of apartments and associated facilities. There is one basement and 6 levels of super structure. The community is furnished with secure parking, swimming pools, gyms center, squash court and other diverse living facilities.
