CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) has been officially awarded the main contract package of the Hameni Tower Project recently by ZAYA Real Estate Development with the contractual value of AED 348 Million.
The Hameni Tower project is a 33-storey building located at the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle including 467 apartments, 4 levels of parking, coffee/lounge, gym, swimming pool and kid’s pool. The total height of the building is 126.15 meters along with a plot area of 6,420.25 square meters.
The project team has been formed and the mobilization as well as construction are progressing in full swing.
