On July 28th, 2015, CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) received the official Letter of Acceptance from Damac Crescent Properties LLC for the Main Works Package for the project of P021.05-DXB-2012 Akoya Artesia Plot E006 at “Akoya by Damac”. The contract value is AED 476,500,000.00.
This project consists of 4 towers connected by a retail podium, located on Al-Hebiah Third, Dubailand (Mudon), Dubai, UAE. Tower A is a 4-star hotel with fantastic appearance and facilities. And Tower B, C and D are serviced apartments. The total built up area is 163,780 m2with total construction duration of 900 days.
Akoya Artesia Tower is the third cooperation with Damac after Lake View Tower and Lake Terrance both awarded in the year of 2006. Trust that it will be a new start of our future cooperation.
