CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) Awarded Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital Project
On 10th March 2013, CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) (hereinafter referred to as CSCEC ME (L.L.C)) duly received the Letter of Acceptance from the Federal Ministry of Public Works of UAE, which is awarding the contract of Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital to CSCEC ME (L.L.C) .
Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital is a state-of-the-art 270 bed mental health campus, located in Dubai and invested by Ministry of Public Works. This project lays on a plot with an area of 107,633 square meters comprises of one 2-storey outpatient building, six post-hospitalization buildings, central plant buildings together with other service buildings and the total floor area is 54,418 square meters. The project is based on a Main Contractor contract and the period will be 900 calendar days. CSCEC ME (L.L.C) will undertake the civil, finishing and MEP works of all the buildings, procurement & installation of medical equipment and medical furniture as well as all the external infrastructure and landscaping works.
Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital is another breakthrough achievement of CSCEC ME (L.L.C) in the medical and health sector of UAE, along with the satisfactory execution of the Sheikh Khalifa Specialist Hospital and Rashid Abdulla Omran Hospital in RAK. In addition, the successful bid of this project is obviously the inevitable outcome of our development strategy and excellent business record obtained previously & continuously, which takes those projects financed by the federal & local governments as our operational priorities.
