CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) have recently received the official Letter of Acceptance from Al Taif Investments LLC for the Main Works Package for the project of Fujairah Business Center on Plot No 17 (Block D) at Down Town Fujairah, UAE. The contract value is AED 418 Million, which is equivalent to US$113 Million with total construction duration of 1,095 days.
This project consists of two towers, i.e. hotel tower: 20 floors + roof, office tower: 17 floors + roof.
Fujairah Business Center is the Company’s 9th hotel project as well as the first project in Fujairah, UAE, which indicates that we have successfully entered the Fujairah construction market.
