CSCEC ME received the Award Notification from Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme to be the main contractor for Construction and Maintenance of 482 Houses (group A and B) at Al Muntazy area–Ajman on June 14th, 2017. The whole project includes construction and maintenance of 482 houses, with a contract value of US$ 173 Million.
Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme is one of UAE federal authorities, which aims to provide suitable housing for UAE national families in order to contribute to achieving the aspirations of the UAE government in the provision of a high standard of living for UAE nationals. The winning of the project will further enhance our cooperation with UAE government authorities and it also demonstrates that our Company has earned the recognition from local government.
