Arenco Real Estate Company issued an official Letter of Acceptance to CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) once again as the main constructor to complete the Palm Jumeirah Resort Hotel at plot of PJCRC39 with accepted contract value AED 620 million.
The luxury 5* hospitality is located at the east crescent of Palm Jumeirah with totally 325 rooms, among which are 238 De-lux standard rooms. Built on one basement, it has 8 levels super structure with BUA 79,000 sq.m. To meet 5* hotel standard or above, the Crescent Resort hotel is interiorly decorated by high quality stone and exteriorly covered by GRC panels. Total construction duration is 830 days.
Crescent Resort Hotel is the fifth hotel project awarded to CSCEC Middle East （L.L.C.）. Three of them are granted in 2014. CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) will continuously spread its fame and make it long lived by excellent jobs carried out by our dedicated and professional team.
