CSCEC Middle East (L.L.C) have received the Letter of Acceptance recently from SKAI HOLDINGS LTD as the Main Contractor of SUITES IN THE SKAI PROJECT with the Provisional Sum Contract.
The Project locates at the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle (plot JVC14VHRG001). The proposed 59-storey high-rise tower is comprised of a 4-star hotel with 234 hotel rooms, 234 hotel apartments and 30 penthouses, retail, specialty restaurant, and relevant hotel amenities, facilities and support areas.
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is located at the junction of Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and it is close to future world largest airport Al Maktoum Airport. JVC is one of the strategic developing communities towards 2020 by Dubai Government. As briefed by the Client, the Project is well received by the hospitality investor worldwide and all the 498 units have been sold out within two weeks since its launch at the end of May.
