On July 7th, 2014, Fortune magazine released the list of “Fortune Global 500 for 2014” on its official website. China State Construction Engineering Corp. Ltd (CSCEC) ranks 52th by the revenue of US$ 110.8116 billion, compared with the ranking of 80 last year, a high rise of 28 of its ranking position. On the list of top 500 businesses, CSCEC ranks 8th of the 100 Chinese enterprises and 7th of the enterprises from mainland China.
Besides, the company ranks 7th among all Central Enterprises under State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and is the leader by ranking of construction enterprises. Other construction companies of the Central Enterprises on Fortune list are China Rail Construction (80), China Railway Engineering (86), China Communication (187), The Power Construction Corporation of China (313), China Metallurgical Group Corporation (354) and CEEC (465). Rankings of international construction companies are: Vinci (188), ACS (202), Bouygues (235) and Fluor (438).
Since its entry onto the list of Fortune Global 500 Companies in 2006, CSCEC has had such rankings from 2006 to 2014 as 486, 396, 385, 292, 187, 147, 100, 80 and 52.
